WORKNOW enrollments to date, (190 enrolled (33%) in WORKNOW as incumbent workers in construction–already have a job in the industry and looking for upgrade training or certifications:
CORE partners enroll new job seekers and incumbent workers. Currently, 27% of WORKNOW members are industry workers seeking upskilling or resources.
Support services include, but are not limited, to gas stipends, emergency food assistance, tool support, etc.
CORE partners and stakeholders provide basic skills training, middle-skill upgrades and coaching to build career advancement. Based on member feedback, training courses are offered days, nights and Saturdays.
