We’ve been so busy building the CORE/WORKNOWconcept that we’ve barely had time to let everyone know about the significant progress we’ve made and continue to make daily.

Here you’ll find a few key highlights we’re very proud of and will update this page often. Last updated 7-31-18. Fun fact—we hit our 200th placement milestone in June, one month ahead of our internal target.










COREpartners and stakeholders are actively engaged in planning and implementation activity to build a platform of associated employment and training programs integrated with support services delivery such as child care, industry career planning or training upgrades.










Formal recruitment and outreach activities launched in January 2018 with weekly information sessions in English and Spanish at established access points at multiple locations; community outreach events with peer-to-peer engagement kicked off with a pancake breakfast in February 2018. Over 200 partners, families, and current participants networked and learned about upcoming hiring opportunities and partner services.



















Additionally, we’ve provided services that include, but not limited to gas stipends, emergency food assistance, tool support, etc.
